1974-591WHEREAS, employees hired pursuant to the Emergency
Employment Act of 1971 are not presently covered by the City's
Self Insurance Workers' Compensation Plan; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City Council to
enter into a policy of Workers' Compensation Insurance to
cover said employees; and
WHEREAS, a policy of Workers' Compensation Insurance
has been presented to the City Council, the terms and conditions
thereof being satisfactory to the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the terms and conditions of the
policy of Workers' Compensation Insurance covering employees
hired pursuant to the Emergency Employment Act of 1971 be,
and the same are hereby, approved.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and 3igned by
