1974-586WHEREAS, the City is in need of electrical
engineering services for lighting to be installed at Twila
Reid, Manzanita, Hansen, Schweitzer, Juarez, Riverdale and
Five Coves Parks, Pearson Outdoor Theater, and to upgrade
Sage, Edison, and Willow Parks security lighting; and
WHEREAS, Paul Baughman is desirous of furnishing
said services to the City; and
WHEREAS, a form of agreement has this day been
submitted, the terms and conditions of said agreement are
hereby approved.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that that certain agreement between
the City of Anaheim and Paul Baughman this day submitted be,
and the same is hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
are authorized to execute said agreement for and on behalf
of the City of Anaheim.
