1974-580WHEREAS, Future Matic, Inc., a corporation, has requested
a License to Encroach upon a portion of existing road and public
utility easement of City, commonly known as Anaheim Hills Road,
north of Santa Ana Canyon Road, lying within a portion of Tract No.
7786, for the purpose of installing computer monitored residence
security systems; and
WHEREAS, unless Licensees are allowed to encroach upon
the real property of the City, an extreme and undue hardship will
be caused to them; and
WHEREAS, the proposed encroachment for such installation
on the real property of the City will not interfere with the present
use of City's property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the terms and conditions of a license agreement
between the City of Anaheim and Future Matic, Inc. be, and the same
are hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk be,
and they are hereby, authorized to execute said license agreement
for and on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me this
