RESOLUTION NO. 74R -577
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM GRANTING A HOUSEMOVING PERMIT TO
G. FONSECA TO MOVE A DWELLING HOUSE TO 1619
POUNDERS LANE, ANAHEIM, CALIFORNIA.
WHEREAS, G. Fonseca, having filed a written applica-
tion for a housemoving permit to move a dwelling house from
1314 North Pacific, Santa Ana, to 1619 Pounders Lane, Anaheim,
California; and
WHEREAS, said application having been set for public
hearing on the 26th day of November, 1974, at the hour of 1 :30
o'clock P.M., and notice of the time and place fixed for said
public hearing having been given by mail to all persons resid-
ing within a radius of three hundred feet from the property
upon which it is proposed to move said house, at least ten days
prior to the date fixed for said hearing, as the names of such
ewners appeared upon the last available tax assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, said matter having come on regularly for hear-
ing upon said date and said hearing having been duly held and
conducted and all persons interested therein given an opportunity
to be heard, and the City Council having duly considered said
application for a housemoving permit, together with all evidence
and reports submitted in connection therewith, does find that
said permit should be granted, subject to the following condition:
That the owner of subject property shall pay to
the City of Anaheim the appropriate park and recre-
ation in -lieu fees as determined to be appropriate
by the City Council, said fees to be paid at the
time the building permit is issued.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the application of G. Fonseca for a
housemoving permit to move a dwelling house from 1314 North
Pacific, to 1619 Pounders Lane, Anaheim, California, be and the
same is hereby granted subject to the condition hereinbefore set
forth, and subject further to compliance with all of the provi-
sions of Title 15, Chapter 15.32 of the Anaheim Municipal Code
relating to the moving of buildings from a point outside the
City of Anaheim onto a lot within the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 26th day of November, 1974.
