A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A DEED FOR ROAD AND PUB-
LIC HIGHWAY PURPOSES, AUTHORIZING EXECUTION
OF THE ACCEPTANCE THEREOF, AND AUTHORIZING
PAYMENT OF A PROCESSING FEE THEREFOR.
(Southern California Edison R/W #1736)
WHEREAS, the Southern California Edison Company has ten-
dered an easement deed for road and public highway purposes; and
WHEREAS, acceptance of said deed will enable the City of.
Anaheim to install certain street improvements in Crescent Avenue
east of Colorado Street; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interests of the City of Ana-
heim to accept said deed subject to the terms and conditions therein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of
the City of Anaheim does hereby accept said easement deed.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk be,
and they are hereby, authorized to execute the acceptance of said
deed.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Finance Director, and he
is hereby, directed to pay to the Southern California Edison Company
the processing fee in the amount of $200.00.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Engineer be, and he
is hereby, authorized to execute that certain letter agreement re-
garding the installation of street improvements pertaining to the
property conveyed in the aforementioned easement deed.
