A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A MODIFICATION
OF A DEED OF EASEMENT AND AUTHORIZING
THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID
MODIFICATION.

WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim previously accepted an
easement deed recorded January 15, 1974, in Book 11057, Page 1119,
Official Records of Orange County; and
WHEREAS, said deed granted an easement over, under, and
across certain real property; and
WHEREAS, said easement extends across land occupied by
an existing structure; and
WHEREAS, said easement should have been limited to an
easement over and across, and not under said real property; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interests of the City of Ana-
heim to accept said modification of the Deed of Easement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Modification of
Easement Deed is hereby accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk be,
and they are hereby, authorized to execute said modification on
behalf of the City of Anaheim.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and she
is hereby, authorized and directed to cause the foregoing deed to
be recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of Orange County.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 19th day of November 1974.
