A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN CONNECTION
WITH CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 1377.
WHEREAS, the City Council, on the 27th, day of March,
granted Conditional Use Permit No. 1377 subject to conditions
by Resolution 73R -113; and
WHEREAS, the property, subject to said Conditional
Use Permit, has never been developed by the Conditional Use
Permit granted thereby; and
WHEREAS, the owners of said property have requested
the termination of Conditional Use Permit No. 1377; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does find and determine
that the need for said Conditional Use Permit no longer exists
and that said Conditional Use Permit No. 1377 should be
terminated.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that Conditional Use Permit No. 1377
be, and the same is hereby terminated.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 19th day of November, 1974.
