1974-565WHEREAS, on the 25th day of June, 1974, the City Council
of the City of Anaheim did adopt Resolution No. 74R -309 and through
inadvertence and clerical error, said resolution did refer to
the Santa Ana Freeway; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds and determines that it
is in the best interests of the City to correct said Resolution
No. 74R -309 to change the words to read "Santa Ana River
NOW, THEREFORE, BE RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 74R -309 be amended to
read "Santa Ana River" wherever the words "Santa Ana Freeway"
appear.
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except to the extent
amended by this resolution, Resolution No. 74R -309 shall remain
unchanged and in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 12th day of November, 1974.
