A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM RESTRICTING PARKING ON
CERTAIN STREETS TO PERMIT PARKING ONLY.
WHEREAS, Section 14.32.450 of the Anaheim Municipal Code
authorizes the City Council of the City of Anaheim to, by
resolution, restrict any City street, or portion thereof, to
permit parking only in accordance with the provisions of said
Section; and
WHEREAS, due to parking congestion on certain streets in
the City of Anaheim, the City Council hereby finds that the
hereinafter designated streets should be restricted to permit
parking in the manner hereinafter set forth; and
WHEREAS, certain streets have previously been so
designated and it is desirable to restate all streets so
designated in a single resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that each of the areas described in Exhibit "A"
attached hereto be designated for permit parking only in
accordance with Section 14.32.450 of Chapter 14.32 of Title 14 of
the Anaheim Municipal Code.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this6th day of November, 1990.
