A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 73R -506
BY CHANGING THE WORDS "SANTA ANA FREEWAY" TO
"SANTA ANA RIVER" IN CONNECTION WITH GENERAL
PLAN AMENDMENT NO. 129, EXHIBITS NOS. A, B AND C.
WHEREAS, on the 30th day of October, 1973, the City
Council of the City of Anaheim did adopt Resolution No. 73R -506
and through inadvertence and clerical error, said resolution did
refer to the Santa Ana Freeway; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds and determines that it
is in the best interests of the City to correct said Resolution
No. 73R -506 to change the words to read "Santa Ana River
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 73R -506 be amended to
read "Santa Ana River wherever the words "Santa Ana Freeway"
appear.
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except to the extent
amended by this resolution, Resolution No. 73R -506 shall remain
unchanged and in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 12th day of November, 1974.
