1974-561WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim and Rockwell
International Corporation entered into a license agreement
as authorized by Resolution No. 73R -598 dated December 18,
1973, for an air monitoring station for one year at Chaparral
Park; and
WHEREAS, said license provided that said license
could be extended by lessee upon due and proper notice with
City Council approval; and
WHEREAS, Licensee has given due and proper notice
of its desire to exercise the option for an additional year; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds it is in the best
interests of the City to approve of extention of license for an
additional year.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the certain License Agreement between
the City of Anaheim and Rockwell International Corporation be,
and it is hereby extended for one year commencing on the 18th
day of December, 1974.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by rte
this 12th day of November, 1974.
