A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM GRANTING A HOUSE MOVING PERMIT TO
ROSALIE MYERS TO MOVE A DWELLING HOUSE TO
1406 SOUTH KNOTT AVENUE, ANAHEIM, CALIFORNIA.
WHEREAS, Rosalie Myers, having filed a written appli-
cation for a house moving permit to move a dwelling house with
attached garage from 13822 Harbor Boulevard, Garden Grove, to
1406 South Knott Avenue, Anaheim, California; and
WHEREAS, said application having been set for public
hearing on the 12th day of November, 1974, at the hour of 1:30
o'clock P.M., and notice of the time and place fixed for said
public hearing having been given by mail to all persons resid-
ing within a radius of three hundred feet from the property
upon which it is proposed to move said house, at least ten days
prior to the date fixed for said hearing, as the names of such
owners appeared upon the last available tax assessment roll;
and
WHEREAS, said matter having come on regularly for
hearing upon said date and said hearing having been duly held
and conducted and all persons interested therein given an oppor-
tunity to be heard, and the City Council having duly considered
said application for a house moving permit, together with all
evidence and reports submitted in connection therewith, does
find that said permit should be granted, subject to the follow-
ing conditions:
1. The conversion of the existing single -car garage
to a habitable room.
2. A new two -car garage to be constructed.
3. The existing roof to be replaced.
4. Electrical system to be brought up to current
Code requirements.
5. Plumbing and remodeling of the building to be re-
worked so as to comply with current Code.
6, Owner of subject property to pay to the City of
Anaheim the appropriate park and recreation in-
lieu fees as determined to be appropriate by the
City Council, said fees to be paid at the time the
building permit is issued.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the application of Rosalie Myers for a
house moving permit to move a dwelling house with attached gar-
age from 13822 Harbor Boulevard, Garden Grove, to 1406 South
Knott Avenue, Anaheim, California, be and the same is hereby
granted, subject to the conditions hereinbefore set forth,and
subject further to compliance with all of the provisions of
Title 15, Chapter 15.32 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to the moving of buildings from a point outside the City of
Anaheim onto a lot within the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 12th day of November, 1974.
