1974-553WHEREAS, the City wants to implement a plan for
bicycle and pedestrian traffic as a means of improving
safety and circulation; and
WHEREAS, Recreation Land Planners, Inc., has
submitted a proposal to conduct and furnish the necessary
consulting services to provide recommendations with supporting
data, and to prepare a final route plan, the terms and condi-
tions of which are satisfactory to the City; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interests of the City
to enter into an agreement with Recreation Land Planners, Inc.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that that certain agreement this day
submitted between Recreation Land Planners, Inc., to prepare
a bicycle and pedestrian facilities plan for the City be, and
the same is hereby approved.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
