1974-536WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim did, by agreement dated
August 30, 1972, acquire an option to purchase certain real prop
perty hereinafter described;_ and
WHEREAS, a corporation grant deed conveying the property
to the City of Anaheim has been tendered to the City of Anaheim
for acceptance; and
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim desires to, and does hereby,
give notice of its desire to exercise the option to purchase said
real property.
NOW, THEREFORE., BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that it accept, and it does hereby, that certain
corporation grant deed to the following described property:
That certain real property situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California:
The South 25 feet of Lot 9; all of Lots 10, 11, 12; and
Lot 13, except the Southerly .06 foot thereof, of Resubdi-
vision of the Northerly part of Block "A" of the Center
Tract, as shown on Map recorded in Book 3, Page 22, of
Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Attorney be, and he
is, hereby authorized to cause said deed to be recorded in the office
of the County Recorder of Orange County.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me this
29th day of October, 1974.
