A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
RESOLUTION NO. 90R-317, NUNC PRO
TUNC.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim did on
the 14th day of August, 1990, adopt Resolution No. 90R-317 which
did approve an amendment to certain conditions of approval in
Conditional Use Permit No. 3269 and amended Resolution No. 90R-
197; and
WHEREAS, due to inadvertence and clerical error said
Resolution contains an erroneous reference.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 90R-317 be, and it is
hereby, amended by adding Independence Day as a holiday under
section 12.(a).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 16thday of October, 1990.
