A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN ENCROACHMENT PERMIT AND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID ENCROACH-
MENT PERMIT WITH NORTHROP CORPORATION, A
CORPORATION, AND EAST ORANGETHORPE PROPERTIES,
A PARTNERSHIP. (74 -7E)
WHEREAS, Northrop Corporation, a corporation, and
East Orangethorpe Properties, a partnership, hereinafter
referred to as Licensees, are the owners of property in the
City of Anaheim over which the City owns a public utility
easement; and
WHEREAS, Licensees wish to encroach upon a portion
of said easement for the purpose of installing an underground
closed circuit television circuit; and
WHEREAS, unless Licensees are allowed to encroach
upon the easement of the City, an extreme and undue hardship
will be caused to them; and
WHEREAS, the proposed encroachment for such installa-
tion across a portion of the easement of City will not inter-
fere with the present use of the easement by the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the terms and conditions cf a
license agreement between the City of Anaheim and Northrop
Corporation, a corporation, and East Orangethorpe Properties,
a partnership, be and the same are hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
be, and they are authorized to execute said license agreement
for and on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 15th day of October, 1974.
