1975-317A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN AGREEMENT WITH SANTA ANA COLLEGE
FOUNDATION PERTAINING TO THE ORANGE COUNTY
FIRE SERVICES LIBRARY, AND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, the. Intergovernmental Coordinating Council
desires to develop a centrally located film /visual aid
library for use of all fire departments within the County of
Orange, said library to be sponsored by Santa Ana College
Foundation; and
WHEREAS, said library will eliminate duplication of
purchases of training aids among the participating cities; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the City of
Anaheim to participate with other fire departments in Orange
County in the development of said library; and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been prepared, the terms
of which are satisfactory to the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the. City Council
of the City. of Anaheim that the agreement with Santa Ana College
Foundation be, and the same is, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
are authorized to execute said agreement on behalf of the City
of Anaheim.
