1975-316RESOLUTION NO. 75R- 316
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN AMENDED AGREEMENT WITH PACIFIC DRIVE -IN
THEATERS, INC., AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND
CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, Pacific Drive -In Theaters, Inc., is in need
of additional parking spaces for the operation of their
facility from time to time; and
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim has available parking
spaces at the Anaheim Stadium for use by Pacific Drive -In
Theaters, Inc.; and
WHEREAS, an amended agreement has been prepared and
reviewed by staff to permit the use of the Anaheim Stadium as
additional parking for Pacific Drive -In Theaters, Inc., for a
period of one year, the terms and conditions of which are
satisfactory to the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the terms and conditions of an
amended agreement permitting Pacific Drive -In Theaters, Inc.,
to use parking space at Anaheim Stadium for a period of one
year be, and the same are hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute
said agreement for and on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 24th day of June 1975.
