RESOLUTION NO. 75R- 312
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT WITH THE
COUNTY OF ORANGE EXTENDING THE PROVISION OF
CERTAIN HEALTH SERVICES FROM JULY 1, 1975, TO
AND INCLUDING JUNE 30, 1976.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim has contracted with
the County of Orange for certain health services from
January 1, 1975, to June 30, 1975; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City of Anaheim
and the County of Orange to extend those health services
to June 30, 1976; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interests of the City
to enter into an extension agreement, this day submitted,
the terms and conditions of which are satisfactory to the
City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the terms and conditions of an
agreement providing for the extension of certain health
services by the County of Orange for the City of Anaheim be,
and the same are hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City
Clerk are hereby authorized to execute said agreement for and
on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 24th day of June, 1975.
