A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM APPROVING A LETTER OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AND THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL
EMPLOYEES ASSOCIATION, CLERICAL UNIT.
WHEREAS, on December 15, 1987, the City Council adopted
Resolution No. 87R-511 approving a Memorandum of Understanding
between the City of Anaheim and the Anaheim Municipal Employees
Association, Clerical Unit; and
WHEREAS, the Labor Relations Director met and Conferred with
officials and employee representatives of the Anaheim Municipal
Employees Association, Clerical Unit to discuss specific
concerns relative to amending Appendix "A", Wages of said
Memoranda of Understanding; and
WHEREAS, a Letter of Understanding dated September 26, 1990,
between the parties has been prepared and signed amending
Appendix "A", Wages of the current Memoranda of Understanding,
said amendment to be effective September 28, 1990; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find
that it is in the best interests of the city of Anaheim to
approve said Letter of Understanding.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the city Council of the
city of Anaheim that the Letter of Understanding dated September
26, 1990, between the City of Anaheim and the Anaheim Municipal
Employees Association, Clerical Unit, copies of which are
attached hereto and incorporated by reference herein, are hereby
approved and said Memoranda of Understanding are hereby amended
in accordance with the terms of said Letter of Understanding.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City
Council of the City of Anaheim this 9th day
of October , 1990.
