A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND
CONDITIONS OF A LETTER AGREEMENT WITH
HEIDRICK AND STRUGGLES, INC. PERTAINING
TO RECRUITMENT SERVICES AND AUTHORIZING
THE EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim is in need of a
consultant for certain recruitment services; and
WHEREAS, Heidrick and Struggles, Inc. is qualified
to perform said recruitment services; and
WHEREAS, a letter agreement has been prepared, the
terms and conditions of which are satisfactory to the City of
Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the terms and conditions of a
letter agreement employing Heidrick and Struggles, Inc. to
perform recruitment services be, and the same are hereby,
approved.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 24th day of June, 1975.
