A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING AN OFFER TO PURCHASE
CERTAIN CITY -OWNED PROPERTY AND APPROVING
EXECUTION OF DEEDS TO CONVEY SAID PROPERTY.

WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim is owner of a well site
located generally north of Rome Avenue and west of Dale Street;
and
WHEREAS, said real property is not needed for any muni-
cipal purpose of the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, an offer to purchase said property has been
submitted; and
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of said offer are
acceptable to the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interests of the City of
Anaheim to sell said property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council
of the City of Anaheim does hereby accept the above referenced
offer to purchase said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute
deeds conveying a portion of said property to Arthur Strahler
and Georgette Strahler and a portion of said property to Charles
L. Cooper and Peggy J. Cooper.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 17th day of June, 1975.
