1975-297WHEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency proposes
to install certain storm drain facilities in the Canyon
Industrial Area; and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been prepared, the terms
and conditions of which are satisfactory, to the City of
Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the City of
Anaheim to enter such agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the terms and conditions of said
agreement are acceptable to the City of Anaheim.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute
said agreement on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 17th day of June, 1975.
