1975-296WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim desires to obtain
structural engineering services at the Anaheim Stadium;
and
WHEREAS, Theodore E. Anvick is qualified to
render such engineering design services to City, and
desires to be employed for such purposes; and
WHEREAS, the City desires the services of
Theodore E. Anvick for structural analysis on the Anaheim
Stadium; and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been prepared, the
terms and conditions of which are satisfactory to the City
of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City
Council of the City of Anaheim that the terms and conditions
of an agreement employing Theodore E. Anvick to perform
structural engineering services at the Anaheim Stadium be,
and the same are hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City
Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to
execute said agreement for and on behalf of the City of
Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 17th day of June, 1975.
