A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AGREEING TO CONVEY CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY TO THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A DEED.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim is the owner in fee of
certain property located generally at the southeast corner of
Sunshine Way and Miraloma Way; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 33220 of the Health and
Safety Code, the City of Anaheim is authorized to convey prop-
erty to the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency with or without consi-
deration; and
WHEREAS, said real property is located within Redevel-
opment Project Alpha; and
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency is charged
with the responsibility of redeveloping Project Alpha.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council
of the City of Anaheim does hereby agree to convey said real
property to the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk be,
and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute said deed
on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 17th day of June 1975.
