A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE GRANT OF AN EASEMENT
FOR SEWER PURPOSES TO THE COUNTY SANITATION
DISTRICT AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A DEED.
(County Sanitation District No. 2)
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim "City is the fee owner
of certain real property located generally at the southeast corner
of Miraloma Way and Sunshine Way; and
WHEREAS, City intends to convey its interest in said real
property to the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency; and
WHEREAS, County Sanitation District No. 2 "District
has a sewer line located on said real property, said line, having
been placed thereon when the property was dedicated for roadway
purposes; and
WHEREAS, this easement is intended to permit the District
to continue to use said property for sewer line purposes; and
WHEREAS, a deed conveying said easement to the District
has been prepared, the terms of which are correct.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that it does hereby agree to convey an ease-
ment to the District for sewer line purposes.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk be,
and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute said deed
on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 17th day June 1975.
