A RESOI3/FION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAB~:,M AMENDING
RESOLUTION NO. 89R-363 WHIC~ ESTABLISHED PATES OF OC~P~SATION FOR
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has reo~m,~nded in a staff
report dated October 2, 1990, that the classification of Traffic/Transportation
Manager be created effective Sept~m%ber 28, 1990; and
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, tb~ need exists to amend Resolution No.
89R-363 which established rates of cc~pensation for classifications designated
as Administrative Management; and
WHtS~EAS, the City Council of the city of Anaheim does find that
amending P~solution No. 89R-363 as set forth hereinbelow is in the best
interests of the city of Anaheim.
NOW, TH~IIEFORE, BE IT lIESOLVeD by the city Council of the City of
Anaheim as follows:
That, Section 2 of Resolution No. 89R-363 be amended by adding the
following classification:
CIASSIFICATION SALARY RANGE
Traffic/Trar~portation Manager X (~18
BE IT ~ RESOLVED tb~t the effective date of said amendment to
Resolution No. 89R-363 is September 28, 1990.
AND, BE IT ~ RESOLVE) that except as amended herein, Resolution
No. 89R-363 shall r~nain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim this 9ttday of October, 1990.
