1975-290WHEREAS, the Cities of Anaheim, Fullerton, Garden
Grove, Huntington Beach and Santa Ana have heretofore,
pursuant to an agreement between them, agreed to employ and
share the expense of a Washington Representative to provide
said Cities with representation before Congress and other
Federal agencies; and
WHEREAS, the National Center for Municipal
Development, Incorporated, has agreed to assign a member of
its staff as a Washington Representative to represent said
Cities; and
WHEREAS, the Cities of Anaheim, Fullerton, Garden
Grove, Huntington Beach and Santa Ana agree that a Washington
Representative should be employed for such purposes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the terms and conditions of an
agreement between the Cities of Anaheim, Fullerton, Garden
Grove, Huntington Beach and Santa Ana and the National Center
for Municipal Development, Incorporated, for the period of
July 1, 1975, to and including June 30, 1976, pertaining to
the employment of a Washington Representative be, and the same
are hereby, approved.

OF AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITIES OF ANAHEIM,

SANTA ANA AND THE NATIONAL CENTER FOR MUNICIPAL
DEVELOPMENT, INCORPORATED, PERTAINING TO THE
EMPLOYMENT OF A WASHINGTON REPRESENTATIVE, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND THE CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM.
FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
day of June, 1975.
IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
are hereby, authorized to execute said agreement
