A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
ACCEPTANCE OF A DIRECTOR'S DEED FROM THE STATE
OF CALIFORNIA RE EASEMENT FOR SEWER PURPOSES
(RIVERSIDE FREEWAY AND IMPERIAL HIGHWAY).
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim is in receipt of a
Director's Deed from the Department of Transportation of the
State of California granting an easement to the City of Anaheim
for sewer purposes adjacent to the Riverside Freeway and east
of Imperial Highway in the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interests of the City of
Anaheim to accept said Director's Deed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that it accept, and it does hereby accept,
that certain Director's Deed (No. DK 032564- 02 -03) granting an
easement for sewer purposes adjacent to the Riverside Freeway
and east of Imperial Highway in the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 10th day of June 19 75.
