A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 74R -520,
AND ESTABLISHING A NEW JOB CLASSIFICATION AND
RATE OF PAY
WHEREAS, the reorganization of maintenance functions at Anaheim
Stadium and Convention Center has necessitated the creation of new job
classifications, and
WHEREAS, the Personnel Director has recommended in a staff
report dated June 4, 1975 that a new job classification be created in
order to form work crews that can be assigned to either the Stadium or the
Convention Center, and
WHEREAS, the need exists to amend Resolution No. 74R -520 which
established rates of pay for full -time classifications, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that
creation of this new job classification is in the best interests of the
City of Anaheim,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City
of Anaheim does hereby amend Resolution No. 74R -520 by adding the new job
classification of Apprentice Maintenance Painter, Salary schedule 556 C E
($873.60 963.73).
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except to the extent amended Resolution
No. 74R -520 shall remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me this
10th day of June 1975.
