90-377 RESOLUTION NO. 90R- 377
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 89R-364 WHICH ESTABLISHED RATES OF
COMPENSATION FOR CLASSIFICATIONS DESIGNATED AS
MIDDLE MANAGEMENT
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a
staff report dated October 2, 1990, that upgrade be added to the
classification of Police Communication Manager, effective September
28, 1990; and
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend
Resolution No. 89R-364 which established rates of compensation for
classifications designated as Middle Management; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find
that amending Resolution No. 89R-364 as set forth herein below is in
the best interest of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
city of Anaheim as follows:
That, Section 2 of Resolution No. 89R-364 be amended by
adding upgrade to the following classification:
Classification Salary Range
Police Communication Manager XU CR12
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the effective date of said
amendment to Resolution No. 89R-364 is September 28, 1990.
AND, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except as amended herein,
Resolution NOo 89R-364 shall remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 9th day of October , 1990.
