90-376 RESOLUI~ON NO. 90R- 37 6 A RESOLUTION OF THE Cl'f~ COUNCIL OF ~ CITY OF ANAB":~ AM~D]/~G RESOLUTION NO. 87R-287 WHI(/~ FLTABLIS}~I) ~ OF (I~4P~SATION FOR CLASSES ASSIGNED TO THE G~q~AL UNiT REPRESEN£n3 BY THE ~ WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has rec~,m~nded in a staff report dated October 2, 1990, that the classifications of Police C~unity Services Representative I, Police Community Services Representative II, Police Firearms Instructor I, Police Firearms Instructor II, Senior Police C~mmity Services Representative and Senior Police Firearms Instructor be created effective September 28, 1990; and WH~qEAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend Resolution No. 87R-287 which established rates of cu,,~ensation for classes assigned to the General Unit represented by the Anaheim Municipal Employees Association; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that amending P~solution No. 87R-287 as set forth hereinbelow is in the best interests of the city of Anaheim. AND, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except as amended herein, Resolution No. 87R-287 shall remain in full force and effect.
