1975-269WHEREAS, Resolution No. 75R -246, adopted on the 13th
day of May, 1975, found and determined the public convenience
and necessity to proceed with the installation of traffic sig-
nals and safety lighting at the intersection of Lakeview Avenue
and Orangethorpe Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the City Council now finds that it is in the
best interests of the City of Anaheim not to proceed with the
work contemplated.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that it rescind and it does hereby rescind
Resolution No. 75R -246 for the installation of traffic signals
and safety lighting at the intersection of Lakeview Avenue and
Orangethorpe Avenue, Work Order No. 749 -B.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 27th day of May, 1975.
