1975-261WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission granted Conditional
Use Permit No. 1304 on June 2, 1969, to establish a 280 space trailer
park on approximately 9.3 acres of real property on the west side of
West Street; and
WHEREAS, subsequently, on May 1, 1972, the City Planning
Commission granted Conditional Use Permit No. 1116 in Resolution No.
PC72 -83 to permit_ the expansion of an existing trailer park on sub-
ject property and adjacent property; and
WHEREAS, as a result of the granting of Conditional Use
Permit No. 1116, the need for Conditional Use Permit No. 1304 no
longer exists and Petitioner has stipulated to its termination; and
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission has recommended the
termination of Conditional Use Permit No. 1304.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that Conditional Use Permit No. 1304 be, and the
same is hereby, terminated.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 20th day of May, 1975.
