A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION '30. 74R-522 AND MODI-
FYING THE SALARY SCHEDULE FOR A JOB CLASSIFICATION
WHEREAS, the Personnel Director has recommended in a staff
report dated May 20, 1975 that the salary schedule for Assistant Devel-
opment Services Director be modified downward from X1301 ($1,354.67
$2,255.07) to X1238 ($1,766.27 $2,145.87) effective May 16, 1975, and
WHEREAS, the need exists to amend Resolution No. 74R- -522
which established rates of pay for middle level management classifications,
and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that
the modification of this salary schedule is in the best interests of the
City of Anaheim,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim that the salary schedule for Assistant Development Services
Director be modified downward to X1238 ($1,766.27 $2,145.87), and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except to the extent amended,
Resolution No. 74R -522 shall remain in full force and effect.
