1975-250WHEREAS, the City of Santa Ana did, by Easement
Deed recorded in Book 3296, Page 304, acquire an easement
across certain real property for sewer line purposes on
behalf of the Cities of Santa Ana, Anaheim, Fullerton and
Orange; and
WHEREAS, the legal description in said Easement
Deed described the entire parcel of property; and
WHEREAS, said legal description was in error and
should have described only the easterly thirty feet of
said parcel; and
WHEREAS, the owners of said parcel desire to
remove the cloud from the title to said parcel created by
said erroneous deed; and
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim has no need for the
property being quit- claimed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the City's interest in the
property described in said Quit -Claim Deed should be, and is
hereby, conveyed to the owners of said property,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City
Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized to execute said
Quit -Claim Deed on behalf of the City of Anaheim,
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 13th day of May 1975.

EXECUTION OF A QUIT -CLAIM DEED (ABCO EQUITY,
ET AL. GRANTEE).
