A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN AGREEMENT WITH THE KINGSMEN DRUM AND
BUGLE CORPS AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND THE
CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim is desirous of sponsoring
The Kingsmen Drum and Bugle Corps to act as the official musical
goodwill ambassador for the City; and
WHEREAS, The Kingsmen Drum and Bugle Corps is desirous
of receiving the sponsorship of the CITY and to represent the
City in various events both in the City and nationwide; and
WHEREAS, an agreement between the parties to effectuate
this purpose has this date been submitted, the terms and conditions
of which are satisfactory to the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that certain agreement between the City of
Anaheim and The Kingsmen Drum and Bugle Corps be, and the same
is hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
are hereby authorized to execute said agreement for and on behalf
of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 1301 day of May 1975.
