A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM TERMINATING ALL
PROCEEDINGS IN CONNECTION WITH
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 162.
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission on September
18, 1961, granted Conditional Use Permit No. 162 subject to
condition to establish a trailer park; and
WHEREAS, the property subject to said conditional
use permit has never been developed for such use; and
WHEREAS, the petitioners have requested the
termination of Conditional Use Permit NO. 162; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does find and determine
that the need for said conditional use permit no longer
exists and that said Conditional Use Permit No. 162 should
be terminated.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that Conditional Use Permit Jo. 162
be, and the same is hereby, terminated.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 13th day of May, 1975.
