A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY cooacIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN
CONNECTION WITH CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO.
578.
WHEREAS, on June 15, 1964, the City Planning Commission
granted Conditional Use Permit No. 578 by Resolution No. 1200,
Series 1963-1964,to establish a service station on the northwest
corner of Lincoln and Western Avenues; and
WHEREAS, onJuly 21, 1964, the City Council of the City
of Anaheim granted said conditional use permit by Resolution No.
64R-520; and
WHEREAS, on April 14, 1975, a public hearing was held
at which Variance No. 2692 was granted to permit an auto lubri-
cation facility on said property; and
WHEREAS, at said public hearing, the petitioner stipu-
lated to the termination of Conditional Use Permit No. 578; and
HEREAS, the City Council does find that the need for
Conditional Use Permit No. 578 no longer exists.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that Conditional Use Permit No. 578 be, and
the same is hereby, terminated.
