RESOLUTION NO. 75R-235
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING CERTAIN ASSIGNMENTS OF
RECORDED EASEMENTS FROM THE SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA
EDISON COMPANY. (Condemnation No. 9 Superior
Court Case No. 214865)
WHEREAS, the Southern California Edison Company has
presented an agreement assigning the interests of the Southern
California Edison Company in certain easements to the City of
Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, said assignment having been determined to
be correct in both form and substance, the City Council finds
it is in the best interests of the City of Anaheim to accept
said assignment and the interests conveyed therein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the following assignment be, and it is,
hereby accepted by the City of Anaheim:

Edison Company in the City of
Anaheim
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and she
is hereby directed, to record said assignment in the Office of
the County Recorder of the County of Orange.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 6th day of May 1975.
