1975-231WHEREAS, a deed conveying an easement for public street
purposes has been presented to the City of Anaheim by The Atchison
Topeka and Santa Fe Railway Company; and
WHEREAS, said deed is correct is both form and substance,
the City Council finds that it is in the best interest of the City
of Anaheim to accept said deed and order its recordation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the deed from the Atchison, Topeka and
Santa Fe Railway Company be, and is hereby, accepted by the City of
Anaheim.
BE IT-FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and she is
hereby, authorized and directed to cause said deed to be recorded
in the Office of the County Recorder of Orange County.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Finance Director be,
and is hereby, authorized and directed to transmit to The Atchison,
Topeka and Santa Fe Railway Company a warrant in the amount of
5150.00 in payment for said easement.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
