A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN AMENDMENT TO AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM AND ZION LUTHERAN CHURCH
INCREASING THE COMPENSATION OF THE CROSSING
GUARDS; AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, the parties hereto have entered into an
Agreement dated December 18, 1973, whereby the City
furnishes crossing guards for the Zion Lutheran Church and
school; and
WHEREAS, said Agreement, pursuant to its terms
thereof, provides for Zion Luthern Church to reimburse the
City for the cost of said crossing guards; and
WHEREAS, the parties to said Agreement desire to
amend said Agreement to provide for increased compensation
to said crossing guards; and
WHEREAS, an Amendment to said Agreement of the
18th day of March, 1973, has this day been submitted, the
terms and conditions of which are satisfactory to the City
of Anaheim.
NOW, TT:ERTIFORE, BE IT RT1SOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that an Arendment to Agreement
between the Citv of Anaheim and Zion Luthern Church
increasing the compensation of the crossing guards provided
therein be, and the same is hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City
Clerk are hereby authorized to execute said amended
Agreement on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 6th day of Nay 1975.
