1975-214WHEREAS, Villa Frontera Townhouses, a partnership,
hereinafter referred to as Licensee, is the owner of
property in the City of Anaheim over which the City owns a
public utility easement; and
WHEREAS, Licensee wishes to encroach upon a
portion of said easement for the purpose of allowing an
existing block retaining wall to encroach into dedicated
right of way of Frontera Street; and
WHEREAS, unless Licensee is allowed to encroach
upon the easement of the City, an extreme and undue hardship
will be caused to it; and
WHEREAS, the proposed encroachment for such instal-
lation across a portion of the easement of City will not
interfere with the present use of the easement by the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the terms and conditions of a
temporary license agreement between the City of Anaheim and
Villa Frontera Townhouses, a partnership, be and the same are
hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
be, and they are hereby, authorized to execute said license
agreement for and on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
