A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM DENYING A REQUEST TO AMEND CONDI-
TION NO. 5 OF RESOLUTION NO. 66R-68 IN CON-
ECTION WITH RECLASSIFICATION NO. 65-66-59(1).
WHEREAS, the City Council approved Reclassification No.
65-66-59 on a number of parcels of real property by Resolution
No. 66R-68; end
WHEREAS, the owners of one of said parcels has requested
an amendment to Condition No. 5 of said Reclassification to permit
access to Harbor Boulevard; and
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission has, by Resolution
No. PC75-64, recommended a denial of said request; and
WHEREAS, after an open public hearing wherein the City
Council did receive evidence, both written and oral, and did re-
ceive the Resolution of the Planning Commission and reports of
staff and did give all persons interested therein an opportunity
to be heard does determine that it would not be in the best inter-
ests of the City to amend said Condition No. 5.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the request by Orange Savings and Loan
Association to amend Condition No. 5 of Reclassification No.
65-66-59(1) to permit vehicular access to Harbor Boulevard be,
and the same is hereby, denied.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is a
