1975-205A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN AMENDMENT
TO AGREEMENT WITH T+IELODYLAND AUTHORIZING
MELODYLAND GUARDS TO DIRECT TRAFFIC AT THE
CORNER OF CLEMENTINE AND KATELLA AVENUE.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim and Melodyland
entered into an Agreement on May 3, 1974, providing for
the deputizing by the City of Anaheim of guards employed
by Melodyland for the purpose of investing them with
adequate and legal authority to direct traffic in certain
areas near Melodyland; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the parties to amend
said agreement by adding an additional location where
traffic is to be controlled by Melodyland guards, to wit:
the corner of Clementine and Katelia Avenue in the City of
Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and
conditions of an Amendment to Agreement between the City of
Anaheim and Melodyland, dated May 3, 1974, adding the corner
of Clementine and Katelia Avenue as an additional location
where traffic is to be controlled by Melodyland guards be,
and the same is hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City
Clerk are hereby authorized to execute said Amendment to
Agreement for and on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed
by me this 22nd day of April 19 75.
