A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING AND ACCEPTING COMMENTS
TO EIR NO. 140 RECEIVED FROM THE STATE OF
CALIFORNIA AIR RESOURCES BOARD AND THE STATE
DEPARTMENT OF PARKS AND RECREATION; AND
AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK TO INCORPORATE
SAID COMMENTS AND RESPONSES THERETO INTO
EIR NO. 140.
WHEREAS, on April 1, 1975, the City Council of
the City of Anaheim reviewed and certified Environmental
Impact Report No. 140 for the Application by the City of
Anaheim for a Grant under Title I of the Housing and
Community Development Act of 1974; and
WHEREAS, on April 7, 1975, additional comments
to Environmental Impact Report No. 140 were received from
the State of California Air Resources Board and from the
State Department of Parks and Recreation by transmittal
from the State Clearinghouse; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed and
considered said additional comments received on April 7,
1975, through the State Clearinghouse and responses to
said comments contained in the Staff Report prepared
thereon; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to incorporate
said comments and responses into the final Environmental
Impact Report No. 140.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City
Council of the City of Anaheim that the City Clerk of the
City of Anaheim be, and she is hereby, authorized and
directed to incorporate said comments and responses into
the final Environmental Impact Report No. 140.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be,
and she is hereby, authorized and directed to transmit
copies of said final Environmental Impact Report No. 140
to the commenting agencies.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed
by me this 22nd day of April, 1975.
