A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM GRANTING THE RETROACTIVE EXTENSION
OF TIME FOR ONE YEAR FROM OCTOBER 7, 1974, AND
NOVEMBER 4, 1974, ON CONDITIONAL USE PERMITS
NOS. 1063 and 1072, RESPECTIVELY.
WHEREAS, Conditional Use Permit No. 1063 to
establish a hall for variety shows, dances, etc., with on -sale
liquor was approved by the Planning Commission on October 7,
1968, for one year and subsequently extended to October 7,
1975; and
WHEREAS, Conditional Use Permit No. 1072 to
establish a bus depot was approved by the Planning Commission
on November 4, 1968, for one year and subsequently extended
to November 4, 1975; and
WHEREAS, a review of the City Planning Commission
action was requested by the City Council; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held this date to
review the action of the City Planning Commission extension
of time on Conditional Use Permits Nos. 1063 and 1072; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does find and determine
after receiving the report of the City Planning Commmission,
its staff, and receiving evidence both written and oral and
giving all persons desiring to be heard an opportunity to
present the evidence of the public that said Conditional Use
Permits Nos. 1063 and 1072 should be extended retroactive to
October 7, 1975, and November 4, 1975, subject to all
conditions and the added condition reading as follows:
"That within a period of sixty (60) days from date
hereof, the owner(s) of the subject property shall
deed to the City of Anaheim a strip of land 53 feet
in width from the centerline of the street along
Haster Street, for street widening purposes, except
for that portion from 99.70 feet north of, to 219.78
feet north of, the centerline of Katella Avenue where
such dedication requirements shall be 50 feet from
the centerline of Haster Street. Said dedication
shall also include a 25 -foot radius corner return at
Katella Avenue."
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the action of the City Planning
Commission in granting retroactive extensions of time to
Conditional Use Permits Nos. 1063 and 1072 to October 7, 1975,
and November 4, 1975, respectively, is sustained, and that
said extensions of time shall be subject to all conditions
originally imposed and the added condition reading as follows:
"That within a period of sixty (60) days from date
hereof, the owner(s) of the subject property shall
deed to the City of Anaheim a strip of land 53 feet
in width from the centerline of the street along
Haster Street, for street widening purposes, except
for that portion from 99.70 feet north of, to 219.78

THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 22nd day of April, 1975.
