1975-189WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim and North Orange County
Community College District entered into an Agreement to make avail-
able training and work experience in housing repair and maintenance
to residents of the City and of the District; and
WHEREAS, it is the mutual desire of the parties to amend
said Agreement to provide for approval by the District's Coordinator/
Instructor of the selection and certification of on -site work loca-
tions to be utilized by CETA certified participants in the course.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and condi-
tions of an Amendment to Agreement between the City of Anaheim and
the North Orange County Community College District, dated March 25,
1975, providing for approval by the District's Coordinator /Instructor
of the selection and certification of on -site work locations to be
utilized be, and the same is hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and the City Clerk
are hereby authorized to execute said Amendment to Agreement for
and on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me this
15th day of April 1975.
