1975-161A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING AND CERTIFYING ENVIRON-
MENTAL IMPACT REPORT NO. 140 FOR A THREE
YEAR COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PLAN, A ONE -YEAR
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM AND A HOUSING
ASSISTANCE PLAN PURSUANT TO THE HOUSING AND
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ACT OF 1974.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim
has heretofore received evidence regarding the Environmental
Impact Report on the Application for a Grant under Title I
of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974, which
includes a three -year Community Development Plan, a one -year
Community Development Program and a Housing Assistance Plan;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed and
considered the information contained in the Staff Report
accompanying said Environment Impact Report No. 140, as well
as comments received relating thereto; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is satisfied that said
Environmental Impact Report No. 140 has been completed in
compliance with the provisions of the California Environ-
mental Quality Act and State Guidelines promulgated pursuant
thereto.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that as a result of review and
consideration of the information contained in the Staff Report
accompanying Environmental Impact Report No. 140, as well as
comments received relating thereto, the City Council certifies
that EIR No. 140 has been completed in compliance with the
provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act and
State Guide Lines promulgated pursuaht thereto, anti that it
has this day reviewed and considered the contents therein.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 1st day of April, 1975.
