A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING THE TERMS AND
CONDITIONS OF AN AGREEMENT WITH THE
ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY AND AUTHOR-
IZING THE EXECUTION THEREOF.
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency and the City
of Anaheim did, on March 20, 1973, enter an agreement, which agree-
ment did establish certain City- Agency relationships; and
WHEREAS, changed conditions necessitate a modification
of that relationship; and
WHEREAS, a revised agreement has been prepared to define
the relationship as modified, and
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of said agreement are
acceptable to and in the best interest of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and condi-
tions of said agreement be, and they are hereby, accepted by the
City of Anaheim.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk of
the City of Anaheim be, and they are hereby, directed to execute
said agreement on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 1st day of April 1975.
